The purpose of this blog is to give LGBTQ people and their allies in Mississippi a place talk about what their lives are like. Please consider submitting a post to this blog. Only you can decide what subjects to write about. There are a few rules. You post should be coherent and 500-1,000 words long. It should go without saying that, if you want to rant against LGBTQ people, this is not the blog for you. Also, since this blog hopes to inform company from out-of-state, let’s not squabble with each other in front of our guests.
There are three ways you can submit your post: 1) send the blog editor, Douglas Bristol, a message through the blog (look at the end of each post); 2) IM the LGBTQ Voices in Mississippi Facebook page; or 3) send an email to the blog editor at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope to hear from you soon. Let’s tell our own stories for a change!
